Consumer goods enterprises have one common challenge:
understanding changing consumer behaviors. Unlike many sectors, the CPG industry was able to grow despite the pandemic. However, this should not obscure the fact that many aspects of consumer needs and attitudes are changing.
Consumers focus more strongly on their environmental impact, on wellbeing and develop new consumption habits, due to the stay-at-home situation. Therefore, it becomes crucial to reevaluate markets, consumers, and their needs. When done right it causes enterprises to flourish – if ignored it will lead to disruption.
