After you sign up, you’ll be added to our User Research participant database. We’ll then contact you if we think you’re a good fit for a study. You can always say no if you’re not interested.

The database collects information about potential participants, including location and contact info. This information is kept confidential and will only be used for user research. Your information will never be shared for marketing purposes, and you’ll only hear from us if it’s about an upcoming study.

Based on the information you’ve given us, we’ll have a better understanding of whether you match what we’re looking for.

A typical user study lasts between 30 to 60 minutes.

Of course! We conduct remote studies where we can chat with you over the phone or a computer.
