MRMW Europe 2019: Insights delivery to make better decisions at E.ON
This year at MRMW Europe, Market Logic will be attending with E.ON. The global insights team at E.ON has the mission to make sure insights help stakeholders make better decisions, by transforming data into actionable insights, bringing first-hand customer knowledge into the organization and providing unexpected answers to questions from existing data. One of the key deliverables to achieve the mission is The Insights Library, a global technology platform to find and share insights across borders and promote customer centricity for epic brand building.
In this case study, Philippe de Loë (Global Customer & Market Insights, E.ON) will provide a strategic overview and learnings on The Insights Library, while Tim Burge (Senior Solution Architect, Market Logic) will share the technology outlook.
Philippe de Loë is a Senior Analyst in the Marketing Insights team for E.ON, previously he worked in Corporate Strategy for seven years, helping the business to make better decisions. Prior to E.ON, Philippe worked for KPN, Telfort and BT in various functions in Wholesale and Marketing within the mobile telecommunications industry.
Tim Burge is Senior Director of the EMEA solution architect team at Market Logic. For over 20 years, Tim has helped marketing teams to make data-driven decisions and become more customer-centric. Prior to Market Logic, Tim was the Director of Marketing Strategy at Oracle UK.
